While every stone is sacred, every piece handled with intention, and my best efforts to provice sufficient, accurate images, sometimes mistakes do happen, and energies don't mix. It is currently the very early stages of the MCnelly Reliquary, so I appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to returns and customer service.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (However, I hope to offer more flexible options in the future as the business grows!)

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition it was received. Once the item has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

Please note that the following are generally not eligible for return:

• Custom or commissioned pieces

• "The Boneyard" Gemstones

• Any items specifically marked as non-returnable

I strongly encourage taking your time before making a purchase. Please read descriptions carefully, review photographs, and feel free to ask questions if you are unsure about a piece. Making sure an item meets your expectations before purchasing helps avoid the inconvenience and expense of returns for everyone involved.
